1.DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unused product. We find that we have remarkably low return rates and we are proud of the high quality products we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on unopened product that has not been tampered with. If a product is damaged or not the correct item that you ordered, then a refund or exchange can be made.
2. MAY I RETURN MY ORDER?
We are more than happy to accommodate returns on products unused within 48 hours of delivery date.
You may return your Healthy Shop Network products order ONLY if they have been unopened and not taken out of the packaging.
3. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
You must contact us first at (firstname.lastname@example.org) within the 48 hour return time period. All Healthy Shop Network products must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued.
We will then provide you with our return address where the returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return.
4. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
You are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Healthy Shop Network will not be responsible for lost returns.
Also, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you.

5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the products are in original condition.
SHIPPING TIME DISCLAIMER: Occasionally, shipping times may be delayed due to factors that are out of our control. Refunds will not be issued until the order has not been received ninety (90) days after the order was placed. Once the 90th day has been reached, we will initiate the refund process, or re-send the order. This choice will be that of the customer.
NOTE: Please make sure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match exactly what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Some transactions may also be held for further verification by our customer experience team. Make sure to also enter the correct shipping address (Street number and name, City, State, and Zip Code) as we are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is not entered correctly.
